Hi evreyone, since I just received my last two episodes of the german Drangonlance Radio Play, I was just wondering if there are any rumors or news concerning a real DL movie? Like LOTR? I really hope we are going to see this someday in the cinemas..
We would all love to see DL get the Lord of the Rings movie treatment but sadly there does not seem to be anything in the works and there might never be

Hmm well it said Dungeons and Dragons movie so I was sceptical. I guess we will see what happens.

It seems there are two different movies.
One DnD movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2906216/ which is supposed to have the [sub]title The Hand of Chaos. According to one of the producers, Roy Lee, it will be a "Guardians of the Galaxy-tone movie in a Tolkien-like universe".
Then there is the picture of a Dragons of Autumn Twilight script that Joe Manganiello posted. So far it just seems to be a script and talks with WotC.
However, to make it more confusing, someone has put in Joe Manganiello as a rumored script writer for the first movie on IMDb...
I see. Well that is interesting. Well lets hope Wizards of the Coast decide to play ball and this does not turn into the animated movie all over again or worse turn out like those cheesy 80s films.
