Good day, and bonne-jour mes amis,

Writing from the Great White North here.

Canadian Fan since '86. Autumn Twilight was my very first book I bought. Re-read it so much it is in danger of falling apart.

Movie ...finally... I'll be first in line.

" are we there yet?" ... question asked in every family sedan when the kids CANNOT wait to get somewhere, (myself included)

ALOHA FROM HAWAII!!!

Hawaiian fan since 1990 when I met my best friend and he taught a bunch of us D&D games. I love the 100 sided dice....... From there went from comic books to Dragonlance, read almost all of them at least 20 times, missing a few under my belt but getting my collection bigger as much as I can. Into a bunch of fantasy now, but few can keep up to DL at all.

Hey all,

I'm James. I'm from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. I read my first DL book in grade 4, about 13 years ago, and have been going strong ever since. I don't think I've missed one yet, except for in the kids series that they came out with... those are hard as hell to track down!

Welcome to all the new people! Glad to have you aboard.

James - You may want to try Amazon.com. I bought my daughter the young reader chronicles there.

Hi folks... I'm Pete(not that you care, but I included it for future reference)...I actually stumbled upon this site randomly after a google search on Dragonlance...after my initial squeal of joy in finding out that there was to be a DL movie,I was a bit disgruntled to find it would be animated...I remember my first thoughts being "Dear God...please let it not be cell shaded"...but I digress...the point is,here I am...love me.

Need answers? Well, I have something similar...

Hello, all.

I swear that I added my own post in this category, but I guess I didn't. Well, my name is Ravenlock, I am a grouchy old dwarf as my signature says. I am a lost cousin of Flint's, The reason why my name doesn't fit my race type is that I was raised by the plainsmen, as a young little pup all those years ago *remembers back to his days of ol'* Anyways back to the story, *begins to chuckle as a loud rumble comes from his belly* I have travelled far and wide, and have seen alot. I have even stumbled upon those blasted Kender whatcha call him... Uncle Ratspringer... no... that doesn't look right... Ummm. Tartscraper?... No.... Not that one either... Oh blasted me and my old age, I can't for the life of me remember his name. He said that he had a nephew called Tasslehoff Boobfeet or something. Anyways, I have travelled far and wide and had him acompany me. That is why you never really saw him alot in the adventures. I almost strangled him with my beard several times for nearly getting me killed. So I just wanted to say hi, and if you want I can tell you a few of my stories. You will find me under Flint's ol' favorite tree napping, or whittling. But don't sneak up on this ol' dwarf.

Uncle Ravenlock, the Grouchy dwarf.

Welcome Uncle,

You must be grouchy! What with being a dwarf and having been raised by Plainsmen and all. Both those races are not known for their warmth and cheer.

Here's a solution, drink lots of dwarf spirits.

Yeah, it was something, to be had, but I managed since they found me as a baby. I was a black sheep yes, and I left when I was old enough to travel and see the different sites. To let you know a secret, the plainsmen told me that they found me in the Khalkist mountains. *winks* So I may just be the last remaining of my kind. I still have yet to find any family of mine. But I have since found out that Flint is only really my only cousin. Every dwarf is my cousin! I want some dwarven spirits right now. Anyone have any to spare? And come visit me at the tree. It gets lonely around here with out those blasted Kender around.

Uncle Ravenlock, the Grouchy dwarf.
