ATTENTION DRAGONLANCE FANDOM. Starting Sunday, October 13, 2013, DL fans on tumblr are going to have a week-long celebration of our fandom. But everyone is invited!
Now?s the time to hash out your fanfiction, fan art, meta, poetry, and gif sets. Now?s the time to dust off your old art/fic, find your favorite quotes, and gather links for old fic and art recs. Now?s the time to come up with whatever fantastic mess of DragonLance thoughts or feels you can contribute. Now?s especially the time to invite all the fans you know to participate!
During the FanWeek (10/13?19), fans of DL will post whatever contributions they?ve got with a ?dlfw" tag. Each day will have various prompts (but you are NOT REQUIRED to use any of them) in 3 categories: theme, genre, and character(s). Pick and choose (or don?t) as you will! And Second, our Halloween contest:
In the world of Krynn, there is a special time of the year when the three moons, Solinari, Lunitari and Nuitari, cross their paths to form a Great Eye in the night sky. That time is precious for all magicians who see their power magnified and they gather in the High Tower of Wayreth for fabulous experimentations. For others, it is an event to get out of the ordinary... and strange things tend to happen...
Themes:
ART
During one of their adventures, the hero(es) and vilain(s) of your choice are subject to a peculiar curse... A twisted mage casted a spell on them that shifted their places... and clothes.
Draw the dragonlance character(s) of your choice disguised as another character(s) of Krynn.
LITTERATURE
The Great Eye is upon the adventurers that have your favor and their travel brought them in quite a spooky place. While they try to ease their minds, a kender has the brilliant idea to help them by telling horror stories.
Write a story that would make the strongest explorers shiver.
COSPLAY
In a distant parallel universe, a strange people live in a world without magic and with only one moon. However, they have an event that is most similar to the Great Eye.
Disguise yourself in a dragonlance character for halloween!!!

Hmmm I do not know about that, my ability of doing anything with art is not one of my strong points. I mean I consider myself very lucky if I can draw a stick figure properly....
