I also teach metaphysics, but have taken a break from that since suffering a stroke last october (mild one, so I came out pretty much okay). So, now I spend alot of time on the computer, and I'm sure some of you have noticed a few of my posts by now. Anyway, I just want them to hurry up and put these films out while I'm still around to see them.

Wow sounds like you have had it a bit rough man. Good to have you on to share your views. We all await the films with as much anticipation as you do.

welcome.....

"Just because a thing isn't true doesn't mean you can't believe in it! ... Some
of the most important things we believe may or may not be true ... that people
are basically good ... that honor, courage and virtue are everything ... that
money and power, power and money are nothing ... and that love ... true love
never dies. ... They may or may not be true but we believe in 'em, because
they're the only things WORTH believin' in."

So, for me, I choose to believe. I choose to walk a road without fear. I refuse
to listen to the chattering voices that call me into the darkness for their own
profit.

I believe tomorrow will be better than today and I'm willing to work for it ...
it may or may not be true, but it's worth believing. "

I just wanted to say “My Hellos to All”
I have been a ghost to this site for many years, just stopping by to check out the latest news then going. My Raging Pessimism, will keep me from posting to much as I don’t want to depress everyone. But I am happy to see all the news about DL and the Movie that is to come.

Hi all this is my first time on any forum anywhere so please excuse my rampant balls ups and huge ammounts of spelling errors as my typing skills are proberbly the same as a four year old!. I'm in Australia and am a HUGE DL fan. I owe the Chronicles alot as they were the first book that I ever read that a teacher didn't force me to, that was back in the days before the Cataclysm ( the end of the 80's) and I've been hooked on fantasy ever since. I have been waiting for this movie for nearly 20 years and I pray that they don't blow it. I look forward to talking to you all in the future.

Welcome to the forums Evanthalasa, Fireflash, and Shade.
Don't worry about English here. Most of us have no idea what we're talking about anyway.

Yeah don't worry I have seen bad english written by people fluent in the language. No one will be hard on you and if we have trouble understanding something we will ask. We are all friendly here and we just want to exchange information and opinions.

Don't Worry about bad spelling of Grammer - with me.
English is my First and only langauge, and I am still trying to learn it. It really seems that I forgot everything I learn in school right after the English Teacher shut their mouths. That being said, I am deeply impressed by anyone who knows 2 langauges.
